Despite the reviews cautioning the user not to buy the lower-priced lamps, my experience has been great so far. It’s easy to install by removing only four screws and using a vacuum dust brush attachment. As expected it’s a bit brighter than the old lamp. I was careful not to touch the bulb with my fingers and am now more cautious to allow sufficient time between powering on and powering off my TV.
